Dangerous Pharmaceutical Drugs and Medical Devices in Charleston, SC Area

Sanders Law Firm, LLC represents those who have been injured, or who have died, from pharmaceutical drugs and devices with insufficient warnings, design defects or manufacturing defects.

Because of new federal legislation, the time required for pharmaceutical drug manufacturers to get a new drug approved and placed on the shelves for sale has been drastically reduced.  As a result, an enormous number of unsafe drugs have been placed into the stream of commerce.

Accutane ® :  used to treat acne.  We are investigating cases on behalf of Accutane® users who developed Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn's Disease and/or Ulcerative Colitis (UC).

Transvaginal Mesh Device:  implanted through surgery, these devices are used to treat Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) and Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) which may occur after pregnancy and childbirth.  We are accepting clients who have experienced the following complications:  erosion of vaginal tissue, perforations of the bowel, bladder or blood vessels or recurrence of POP or SUI.
